Our Culture

Culture is what drives the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand while allowing us to continue ongoing company growth for nearly 40 years. Founder Mary Ellen Sheets established a culture of hard work, giving back, and having fun on the job, and throughout the years, this has stuck at both the corporate and franchise levels.

Specifically at our corporate Michigan Support Center, you’ll find a nice balance of positions working in the office, as well as hybrid and remote positions. Each specific role determines whether you’ll work in-office, hybrid, or fully remote. We believe in offering flexibility to our employees to provide a solid work-life balance while still focusing on franchise support and company growth.

Other Perks of Working at The Michigan Support Center include:

  • Employee recognition events and team building
  • Food truck Wednesdays
  • Various team contests and challenges throughout the year
  • Organized leagues and events (think fantasy football)

We believe in a strong, team-oriented environment at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, and these perks help us continue to foster company culture throughout.

Annual Conference
Annual Conference

As a franchisor, it’s imperative the Michigan Support Center team and those working at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchises nationwide have a positive, collaborative relationship. We host many in-person events for networking and relationship building throughout the year, highlighted by the biggest one: Annual Conference.

Held in a new city each year, this is a chance for members of the MSC office to meet with franchisees and managers to brainstorm new ideas, share best practices, and discuss different areas of the business where we can collaborate and work toward the future.
