Located in Lansing, Mich., - the home of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK – the Michigan Support Center is the brand’s central hub, employing more than 180 people in a variety of positions covering key areas of the business. This includes finance, human resources, marketing, sales, consulting, training and development, information technology, and much more.

The MSC is now home to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK®, and members of the Merry Maids team, all working together under the umbrella of ServiceMaster® Brands. The building hosts plenty of training events for brand team members and offers an extensive list of educational resources for franchises to consume while focusing on growth at all levels.

This team is responsible for staying on top of digital and grassroots trends while building out ideas and strategies nationally for the brand. Within a franchised brand, compliance and following brand standards is a must to ensure consistency among all franchise offices. That’s where our compliance team comes in. This group works to ensure all standards are being met with team members, trucks, equipment, franchise buildings, and more to ensure the customer and employee experiences match from franchise to franchise.

Sales

Our corporate sales support team is dedicated to assisting our franchises as they put together franchise sales plans and training for their teams in order to achieve sales goals. They also offer training and support for franchisees as they hire new team members as well as ongoing training with the most up-to-date sales tactics to maximize efficiency and increase sales lead conversions.

Customer Care

The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK customer care team is a crucial part of the customer experience. This team works endlessly to ensure customer needs or concerns are met in a timely, helpful fashion. This team is available to answer calls customers may have about their move and assists in connecting the customer with a franchise for moving needs or if they’ve encountered issues during their moves. The team also works closely with the marketing department to assist with social media efforts and customer responses.

From training our franchise frontline teams before they ever step foot on a move to training CSRs, managers, and other specialty positions to ensure they understand their roles and expectations, our corporate training team is constantly building new programs, webinars, and classroom-style material for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchisees and their teams to keep them up-to-date on the job.
