TWO MEN AND A TRUCK kicks off 2025 Career Move Season campaign with goal of 6,500 new hires at the franchise level

For the second-straight year, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is set to kickoff its Career Move Season hiring campaign across their 430-plus franchise locations.

This hiring initiative – which runs from March through May – is designed to increase awareness for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchises and their hiring efforts as the brand gears up for the busy moving season, with a goal of 6,500 new hires at the franchise level. The 2024 campaign set out to hire 5,000 and we were able to clear that goal, so we’re shooting even higher this year!

Career Move Season applies to all jobs at the franchise level, not just roles for movers and drivers. It takes a whole franchise team coming together to help move customers forward, and that’s why our locations put so much effort into building their teams as spring approaches.

“We have a variety of roles that people might not consider when thinking of a moving company,” said Lindsay Gainor, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK’s VP of HR and Talent Management. “There are professional roles and those frontline positions, but one thing that franchisees are always looking for is people who have the potential to be strong managers. They want people who can lead others and set themselves up to be able to grow within their roles.”

A job at a TWO MEN AND A TRUCK isn’t just another job to collect a paycheck, either. There is potential for both personal and professional growth, as well as the opportunity to give back to the community and make a difference in the lives of others.

“We have a moving slogan: We’re More Than Just a Truck. We tell people that it’s more than just a job here,” explained Leah Ciolek, recruiting and retention team lead for the brand. “When you join the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team, you’re not getting a job. You’re finding a community and your family of choice, and you’re helping that community really become a part of something bigger.”
