Information collected may include:

  • Resume, cover letter, past work experience and/or education information
  • Relationships with current or past employees in the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® system
  • Type of work sought, desired salary, and ability to start working
  • Referral contact information Responses to criminal background related questions

It is your responsibility to obtain consent from references before providing their personal information to us.

Your information may be used:

  • To assess and verify personal information and qualifications
  • To conduct reference and background checks
  • To submit information as required by state and federal law regulation procedures
  • To communicate directly with you regarding the position(s) for which you applied
  • For legal defense as necessary

If you are hired by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, the information will become part of your employment file and may be used for employment purposes.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® uses SSL encryption whenever possible to protect data transmissions in our job application system.

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

TRACKING AND STORAGE OF INFORMATION

If opted-in to our tracking and information storage policy displayed on every page of our website, we will utilize cookies to enhance the user experience while on our site. This includes remarketing cookies to display various advertisements on other third-party websites based on visits beginning on careers.twomenandatruck.com. All remarketing tracking abides by guidelines outlined with the ad provider network.

A session value is assigned while visiting a webpage to remember events or actions you have completed while on the website and is updated upon any subsequent site visits. IP addresses tracked through Google Analytics are anonymized, per Google guidelines.

Cookies strictly necessary are those utilized to track and record a user’s opt-in status for the purpose of recording cookie opt-in consent and the user’s browser language in order to display content in the selected language across the website based on your preference.

If you have chosen to opt into our information storage and tracking policy, but still wish to delete remarketing/retargeting pixels, tracking may be removed by following the instructions for cookie deletion for your specific web browser.

Our Careers website will still function even if you choose to opt out of cookie tracking.  

DELETING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

In ordinance with European Union GDPR guidelines, Personal Identifiable Information (PII) can be deleted and obtained per request by emailing us at dataadmin@twomen.com providing your name, email address and phone number. Your information removal request will be fulfilled within 30 days after any pending hiring processes have concluded. The request will include removal of personal identifiable information from all internal systems.

These external websites may be tracking their own cookies and collecting data or personal information from users that is not under our control.
